Boy it has been a long time. Almost a year ago I wrote a review on the Satin Doll that did not offer much in terms of rushing out to go there.

Well here we are just about a year later and today was much the same as that day. I thought I would take a spin over to Trinity to enjoy an IPA. On the way north I jumped off Rt95 at Rt. 10 / Elmwood Ave. To spin up Elmwood because one never knows what can be found there. I saw where the new Armando's Market is going to open and I am looking forward to that because it is my favorite market and will also give me a reason to drive up Elmwood more often. Anyway the wood was stone dead. There was not even any notable civilian traffic. So I get downtown and find a parking spot near the library and walk toward Trinity. Because I was wondering what was going on with the new high end hotel and restaurant Civic View aka Sportsman's I strolled past Trinity to check it out. Still looks like shit and maybe getting worse! So then I thought. Let me check out the doll again.

Because I remember entering this place in the past I walked in took two steps and stopped to let my eyes adjust. A girl came up and said it's ok to come in and I told her I would as soon as my eyes adjusted. It looked like there was roughly the same number of customers as there were girls. I quickly learned that like my last visit Draft Pints were only $4, not bad for a bikini bar! This trip was nothing like my last and even gave me the feel that Satin is picking up the void of the closed up Sportsman's. The girls were very friendly offering a nice mix of types. Again and like always I got sucked in for a couple lap dances. I have no idea why I do them because I should know by now that the next step is the upgrade to the VIP room. Satins VIP treatment (at least in my case) is second to none! I had a total blast and it would have been a great deal if I had not wasted money on three lap dances. I really have to break that habit of being a sucker for young girls. Twenty bucks at the stage carries just as much weight and gives the chance to interview several girls. On the other hand one of the lap dances was almost good enough to eliminate the need for the VIP lounge.

Overall my last review of Satin gave it very low grades but a good place to grab a beer or two. This is one of the great all time turn arounds. It is still a great bar to have a couple fair priced quality draft beers. The attitude of the girls is great and the time with them is pure pleasure. I will visit again soon. Same story as Thursday. Went to CD around 11 to see my favorite (same one as last time, same result, a no show). Paid $7 at the door (again it fluctuated). It was sort of busy for a Sunday (was the deadest or second deadest of the week when I was a semi regular). Counted maybe 10 girls on, nice mix and they were all attractive but not smoke shows. A lot of obnoxious / preppy guys in there trying to act cool which pissed me off. The girls were slightly inattentive to interest signals and flocked to what seemed to be regulars or friends or guys that dropped a lot while they were on stage. I spent an hour sitting at a table and occasionally going up to talk and tipping well, but no bites. This is the second visit in a row this week where I left frustrated and spending less that $10. Going to try again Tuesday to snag the girl before I cut my losses and go back to alternating between there and FL. I just like CD, not sure how to explain it.

Side note: Anyone have a code / rules / commandments that they follow when going to the clubs that they wish to share?

Has anyone been in here lately? There is a very short and young looking girl in there! Brunette, spinner type. Anyone have any info on her? Or CF in general?

I know you guys probably are getting sick of these and this will be he last one for at least a week or two, maybe three. Tonight was a great night if you had some money to spend (which I didn't). Girls were attractive and plentiful and catered to every taste. Most of the girls worked the room or talked with regulars and new patrons alike (the real popular ones stayed to the regulars for the most part unless you dropped a lot at the stage). Can't say anything about CR with these girls, though Shayna and Angelina were there and they used to loosen up after a few dances and building rapport, YMMV. A few girls there seemed to give me that same vibe but I may be reading them wrong. I spent the whole night observing girls on stage that caught my fancy and ultimately waiting for my favorite to find me or track her down. If I had some more money, I would have played the field, but poor guys need to stretch each dollar (I'm more liberal with my money that the big earners that role through). When I caught up to my girl, we did a 15min CR and then I called it a night. Not divulging any details on that gem.

Tuesday night there were a few girls that walked out of the dressing room did a slow lap (without stopping) and went back into the dressing room and occasionally ignoring patrons interest gestures. That is probably the only gripe other than trying to compete with regulars that I have with CD (along with the door prices on Thursdays). I've never been to CD during the day, so I can't speak to that. The same goes for decent nights at CF (all the hot ones are with regulars or refuse to dance with you). At CL (and sometimes FL) on the other hand, its like files to shit. I can't shake the girls when I go.

Don't get me wrong, I like attention as much as the next guy, but if I don't come in with a few hundred, I'm a very choosy MF and sometimes don't want to be bothered.

Thanks for sharing Flamebird and Furrber, you guys got it right. I follow / preach most of those rules. One of the older dancers said it best to me, a lot guys come for the experience and connection, not necessarily the attention and contact / extras. I'm not big on extras in the club (yea I'm on the wrong site) but if they are offered and I have a rapport or the girl makes me feel at ease, ill be more likely to oblige. Built rapport with one girl, she offered a HJ / BJ and I said yes. At another club, a girl just came up to me and asked me if I wanted to dance and then went on about extras when I seemed to not be interested which made me more interested.

I have seen across forums and sites that sex / extras should not be seen as a mere transaction, but as an experience whatever the degree may be. Maybe its because I am in retail sales, but that rings true. A customer values the employee (be it at a retail store, in a club, SW, BP) experience and is turned off if it becomes just a transaction. You need the customer to feel comfortable and special to gain maximum benefit. People buy people, if the girls are selling / marketing themselves the wrong way, not many people will bite.

Like a poster said before, sometime I just want to pull these girls aside and teach them how to hustle / market or themselves correctly to maximize customer happiness and their bottom line.

I was able to head down to CL on Thursday night and finally had a good time. In the past I had only been able to go on Monday or Tuesday and I had struck out twice in a row. Thursday night was busier and some of the girls names I met / heard were Paris, Logan, Tiffany, Nikki, Rosa, and Malia.

After sitting and waiting for a while, Rosa came up to me and we started to chat. What the previous posts have said are definitely true, you need to make it a good experience. I like to chat and feel out the girl before making moves. She was a total sweetheart and seemed very down to earth for a CL girl. She has a good body and I decided to do a CR with her. That girl will get down and dirty any time; just walking in she'll come over (the possessive part) and grab between your legs. Hi all, I was down in RI a few weeks ago and when I was leaving I decided to try Mickey's Valley. I know there are better clubs out there but I wanted to try something new. The place is dingy and the girls literally dance on the bar. Good contact with the dances though. The lapdance area is a bunch of booths with curtains for doors. It's dark enough where you can't see inside them though. I took a girl for a lapdance (I can't remember her name but she had long blond hair that was slightly curly). $20 for the dance and then $60 more for a HJ. It was a good time, I would definitely repeat.

Hit the Foxy for the first time in a long time yesterday afternoon. Enjoyed some very good dances back in the private dance area but, being a semi-public area, there is obviously limited activity. My dancer quoted $400 ($300 for her, $100 for the room) for VIP downstairs. My question is does anything beyond a dance go on down there? I know what I can get for that price (actually quite a bit less) at Caddy, Desire or CF but It' been a while since I spent any real time at the Foxy.

Well the action DOES take place down there (as well as other places if you're lucky). Depending upon the length of time you were agreeing to she may have been actually OVERCHARGING you though as I have been quoted prices in the increments of 15min($160), 30min($300) and the hour($450) long sessions by more than one dancer. Lately when I go in there I get propositioned by MULTIPLE dancers about going down stairs where they GUARANTEE satisfaction. My reports that I did on several trips during Leggs and Eggs give the names of some that push for either downstairs or even takeout. As you noted, the prices are higher than at other clubs BUT IMHO the quality of girls is higher as well. Whomever you do choose, make sure you take her off to the side and have her SPELL OUT or physically SAY TO YOU what level of action you will be getting as I have been told by several of the other girls that some girls "talk the talk" about exxxtra's to get a guy to agree but then try to avoid "walking the walk". The downstairs action has picked up lately since very few girls are making good money on stage or by simply doing lapdances and if the girls are used to good money and still want it they have to give the extra's or lose the business to girls that will give the extra. Toni is very pushy about her service downstairs and Farrah as well but Farrah also quotes $800/hr outside the club.

She currently has both blonde & brunette hair and gives a very solid LD!

Other daytime girls I personally would recommend worth trying here at good LD are heaven, mercedes and cat. I can't speak too the night shift as I've never been to CF at that time of day in years. If you want extras Nicole will find you, she always seems to find me fast. But Stripclub prices for extras are a ripoff here just as much as anywhere else, find yourself a BackPage gal to visit after the club, your dollars will go further and you'll have more fun, just my 2c.

Yeah, actually I'm aware that she was quoting on the high side based on other offers I got the same day. She also didn't talk about extras downstairs or push for it. I'm not necessarily an extras hound in the clubs. For $300 to $400 I can get an hour in a nice hotel with two or three different girls that I've been seeing for years so don't throw money around that freely in the clubs looking for sex. This particular gal was stunning however and I would definitely spring for more in VIP. I will have to conduct further investigation.

Took a trip to the PP yesterday afternoon. It was dead even though there were guys there, hardly any people were spending which made for deals from the dancers. There yesterday afternoon was Alina, Allure, Brooklyn, Russian girl I have never seen, and others.

Chatted with Aline for a bit and then with Allure. Aline came back and offered to go to the BR but she had to go up on stage. Allure then came buy offered a higher deal, but, with more options to play and decided to head back with her. Left happy after that.

With prices that high you may as well just get a GF / Wife to bleed you of every cent you ever earned. For me Foxy is by far the worst club in every way. I once saw the bouncers there really assault a guy. I hope he sued them and scored a settlement. If I knew how to contact him I would have offered to be a witness.

I'm with you Geffe, I too like the connection aspect and as I get older it is an easier thing to find and increasingly enjoyable. I don't seek or go for extras from girls I don't know and don't truly like. F / S is also off the table for me, just my own rule.

Maybe its because I am in retail sales, but that rings true. A customer values the employee (be it at a retail store, in a club, SW, BP) experience and is turned off if it becomes just a transaction. You need the customer to feel comfortable and special to gain maximum benefit. People buy people, if the girls are selling / marketing themselves the wrong way, not many people will bite.

I've been a regular for about 10 years, I'm 38. I come maybe 2 or 3 times a month, usually either Sunday evening or early week evenings. I sit at the stage and tip, and when I'm ready to hangout, I move away from the stage and rarely does anyone come to see me. I'm not ugly, or poorly groomed, I'm pretty average all around. Not fat, bald or a cheap tipper. I notice a lot of the girls that were on stage never came out to the room. Whats up with that? Why? I sometimes walk out to the smoking tent and a few of you all are smoking and I'll chat you up, but even then they disappear. While I totally appreciate not getting a hard sell for a lapdance, I do often wonder why the girls never come out and hang out. I usually don't come to the club if I don't have $ and I usually do 15min + in the CR.

I always make my trips during daytime hours. Sunday afternoon is my favorite time to hit the clubs. I like Monday afternoons too but often get tied up doing stupid SH# like working. My experience is that only 10-15% of the women have any clue what guy is spending cash. The strippers seem more interested in guys who treat them poorly or are "tough guys from the 'hood", than some average 40ish guy. Of course, the "tough guy" may say all the macho, cool stuff, but not have a penny to spend. Guys like me may be sitting there with a few hundred (or thousand) in their pocket and walk out if we're poorly treated.

But there are so many clubs, AMPs and SWers around, we don't take it personally and just go find someone else.

Last few times, the young idiots were out in full force and it pissed me off. When I go to Desire, I carry myself as a gentleman and an adult. I was never into the party or frat scene like these college assholes.

Seems the guys on this forum do go there during the day and the rare night. I choose to go at night for anonymity and variety of girls.

I go to a club with a few hundred burning a whole in my pocket, but I want to spend it wisely, not stingily. The macho motherf#kers or the daddy types always get the girls attention and they are stingy bastards. I want to hand a girl an easy $100 bucks for 15 minutes of their time and I can't even get that. I think I said this before in a previous post, I was friendly with a dancer and she told me one night that there were about 10-15 businessmen (6 figure earners) in the club and they were not spending money. I was the only guy paying her attention, tipping on stage, and getting dances from her. She was an attractive girl, so it wasn't her looks or body. Some guys go there to just stare, a $7 T&A show. Makes the guys that want to spend, not and then girls get pissed off and stay in the dressing room or do the fast loop and head back to the dressing room.

I think I should start a strip club etiquette / skills school to teach girls how to act and market themselves to make more money each night.

Really sucks and Innocence was really smokin hot also but didn't even last as long as Sunshine. A dancer whose name I forget plunked her cute arse on my knee, and said to me exactly what you stated. That she couldn't find any guys that could use enough words to make two sentences, and like you, she was not going to dance for them. Now, I am older than 40, and consider myself to be a gentleman, and try to be classy, too! Add that I am also in the horny category!

In my short experience at the clubs, I find women such as yourself are the best company for the evening, and I gladly buy drinks and make intelligent conversation with you, as the conversation is great. In my opinion, your caliber of performer is the best.

I happened into the PP this Monday afternoon after lunch with some very cool new friends, and to my surprise, Houston has returned from her hiatus. Seems she started back at the end of March and is now there most daytimes again, much to my delight. For those of us that were looking for her, I'm glad she's back. Be sure and pay her a visit. You won't regret it.
