I am more proactive and It has served me well. I usually do a narrowed down search and contact the girls directly.
Try to personalize as much as you can the message. Post the information you would think copying and pasting to your profile and ask them to read it.

Have nice flattering pics of yourself. Be honest about what you want. Don't attempt to discuss money at first. Don't mention ppm unless they suggest it. Getting a phone number is key for me.
