Your level doesn't go up if they have 0 integrity rating. That's the one number that boosts your level.
If you're hunting for recent ratings to get network you're better off going to someone else. There's a reason some not so hot ladies have massive network. You have to see them and they'll rate you promptly after 5 ratings you go from 0-1 so long as their integrity rating isn't a zero.
Try the noobs club in HX even if colossusjones is a little *****.
