I'm always surprised at the SA complaints (monthly fee, etc.) and how this forum tends to gravitate to the same level / quality on SA that would be old school BackPage.
In my opinion (in other words, not trying to start an argument):
1. The monthly fee is annoying, but if you enjoy the game / interaction it's worth the daily / weekly entertainment of just looking and trying to figure out who is who.
2. There are plenty of fakes and pros (escorts and / or professional sugar babies) on the site. Identifying / sorting that is part of the fun / intrigue. Along the way, and if you are on regularly, you can also identify many, many, legitimate local sugar babies open to fun and then it's on you to figure out something that works for both of you either on a short-term or long-term basis.
3. If still looking for a replacement for the old BackPage this isn't it (so no sense in complaining about it). If that is the type of interaction you are looking for, chances are that it is more obvious than you think and limiting the responses you get (e. G. Some of the profiles recent reviewed or posted in the forum).
4. If part of the intrigue and excitement is the hunt and anticipation, then it can be a lot of fun and well worth it.
Chances are I won't offer up anyone I'm currently seeing (because they aren't BP girls to be passed around), but will try to be helpful to others seeking (prefer via PM). There are plenty of legitimate profiles to start a conversation with that range from per meet to monthly. Again, just my opinion and take on the site. Not looking for affirmation or argument.

I was going to comment on the fact that reviews here seem to be of girls we're no longer seeing; that seems appropriate as I prefer to sustain the illusion that "we have something special", that "ours is a unique relationship".
Of course, that IS an illusion, by and large, but it's one that I'm OK with.
All these girls are different: some are bitchy, demanding little gold diggers, some are clueless college girls who want pizza money, some are sad and overburdened single moms who need help to stay afloat. There's no single "type".
And while they have their issues, think of all the bullshit you avoid: no sketchy motels, no pimps, no / minimal demons, no Mama-san, no upsells, no cameras, no LEO, etc. , etc.
Plus, well, laugh if you will, but I believe we add value to their lives beyond the monetary. At least we CAN.
You may gather that I've had some good fortune in the SB world since my original posts. I have, and am perhaps feeling unreasonably optimistic right now. Take it for what it's worth.

I have not seen her, but your story doesn't surprise me. I chatted with her on the App and via text a few times and it just seemed a bit "off" - knew something wasn't quite right.
