Most important thing I would say is make sure you are on an iPhone. Assuming you are, what service are you using? If you use T-Mobile, AT&T, or Verizon, you should be able to confirm that your caller ID information actually displays your name. Some of the other cell phone providers don't allow for this. When I tried verifying with them a few years ago, I initially didn't get a response. I reached back out a day later and they said my cell phone wasn't registered to me. I never got a second chance.
Assuming you pass that hurdle, the other big hurdles are divulging your work info and providing a drivers license photo. That is often too much for a lot of people.
