Also an accident at Haines and 62nd Ave had the side streets bursting with traffic. In the midst of this chaos was the recently created harlot and bum encampment at the east side of the lot bordered by 28th Street, 52nd Ave and Grove Park. Various strumpets were there today relaxing in the shade and waiting for inquiring mongers. Just like an open air market seen in less developed nations??

Where'd you get them Porky Pig peepers? Early this afternoon Porky was sitting in his older white jeep watching 28th Street near 54th Ave. Too bad because I happened to notice 2 interesting lizards enter the Triangle Mart right in front of his nosy peepers? There were also a few ladies prowling the side streets both north and south of 54th Street.

Prices have dropped now that spring training is over. Happy and safe hunting.

I think they are creating a purposeful visual deterrent. They're only sort of under cover. The guy is sitting there with the windows down in uniform. They're purposely being "obviously undercover".
