Profiles are free on the site for girls, so she could just easily make a new profile to get an accurate location if it really was a bug in her profile. Except I'd bet my next paycheck she really is in Canada and is just too stupid to us a VPN to make herself appear in whatever city she likes. And clearly the "no cash" is another red flag. Report her as a fake ad and move on.

It's probably been reported several times to SA by the time you see it and has been suspended or deleted at that point.

The only other reason I'm aware of would be if the girl hides her account or specifically blocks you.
