I took a trip down arcade today, saw Brooke laying on the sidewalk. I stopped to talk with her. I don't know if she was high or what. Said she needed to get some Crack. The city recently closed a place by the railroad tracks and Oak called NOMAD where homeless people could hang out, the result has been more people out milling around with nothing to occupy their time!
