Ran most of the length on Sully today from about noon to 4 pm. Uncle LEO was every-damn-where. I saw at least 10 marked and 2 that I'm positive were unmarked, and they stayed busy. More than once I saw one sitting in the center turn lane with a SW on the sidewalk next to them while they talked. They were stopping pretty much anyone they saw walking it looked like. I stayed because I was all legal and nothing to hide, and wanted a front row seat, so I just drove up and down. Talked to a couple of regulars in alleys and they were all worked up about it. Plenty of choices if you weren't picky, but nothing that I'd pick up even on a bad day.

They were diverting traffic off of sully and onto the side streets. It was a mess. The did it at Glenwood, Central, Wayne, Ogden and Binns. I saw no fewer than 10 to 15 marked cars just going up and down sully. I managed to scoop a girl named Kylie on Burgess about 10 houses down from the main drag. She didn't want to go back to my spot for FS. She said she would prefer a quick blo and go. She got the job done and for for a reasonable request. It sounds like you're paying up front for a BJ, then before you finish, you've got girls wanting more money to actually finish, you're agreeing to that, plus agreeing to drive them to the store or a trap, giving them more money before they get out of the car and expecting them to come back.

I have been doing pay for performance. I start at 20.00. Tell them up front if you don't finish or I don't cum that's all you get. If you get tired or a sore jaw that's okay but that's when I'm done.
