Contacted the top one, Nikki, and while waiting for a response was looking up her number. Searching shows that both ads, with different numbers, belong to the same provider. Not a 100% deal breaker, since they could be the same girl, just trying to attract more clients. So just to dot my I's and cross my t's I asked her if she had another number. She said no.
