I had the experience when an org must have changed POs and lost history, as all of a sudden, I was asked to provide refs again.
Luckily, they took the recent ones I had.
Stared out with PC. I had no refs so it was a selfie or bust. If you have refs I have no idea what that is about. These orgs change vetting policies as often as they up the prices.
