Doc here. What an evening was had this past Saturday night deep inside The Secret Room 2125: CEOs & Office Hoes Party in the Party Room of 15th Ave!
Those who were lucky enough to be there will the first to tell you that the sexual energy on hand Saturday night was off the charts!

The outfits on the ladies at CEOs & Office Hoes were excellent! The office attire on many was buttoned up upon arrival, but didn't take long to loosen up and (with several ladies), completely fall off. It happens.
The Sexy Dance Contest featured 6 HOT entrants!

Question from a new-ish couple
We came to 15th Ave a few years ago before Covid. We were met by the friendly staff and given a tour of the place. We were shown the theater room and the area behind it. Walked around to the small private rooms and then was buzz to the back where there were showers and a sauna. After the tour, we went into the large theater and sat in the couple's only area for a bit. She got uncomfortable so we left.
We would like to come back and have some questions we hope yall can help with. What are the etiquettes and when is it appropriate to be in each section IE theater, area behind, private rooms, shower, etc. Are there un spoken rules, dos and don'ts. At this time we just want to play by ourselves but she would like to give a show. Her concern is people coming too close or not respecting boundaries. What's the best way to do that while staying safe?

Interesting couple of visits
I hadn't been in a long time. I was in the area and stopped by around noon on Monday. I was surprised how busy it was. Now the crowd was mostly dudes, a handful of trannys, and a few couples. The spa and theater is where the couples hung out. One of the ladies was servicing guys out of the booths, while her dude watched. Another couple just fooled around in the theater. A young couple came in (in mid to late 20's) and went behind the screen for some covered BJ / full service from about 10 dudes. Her body was tight but on the real life scale she was probably a 6. What was really strange is there was a group of dudes roaming the place in a big group, and they acted like they all knew each other. This was the first time I've seen anything like this, as this tends to be a solo hobby for dudes. They were hanging out in the building and parking lot. I could see it could be a bit intimidating for some.
The shocker of the evening was when a young punky latina bbw came in by herself. She went into the theater to get banged and she did. She may have fucked 10-15 guys.
All in all the action was a bit better than I remember it. It's far from a classy place and has some really fucking creepy dudes there. If you can get past that part, then you CAN (no guarantee) get laid / blown there.
Hit or miss, may just be part of the nature of this hobby

Of all the places like this I visited, the one where there were just as, or even more hits, is Fantasyland (1&2) in Tampa. But, as I was saying, the "hit or miss" aspect of it, seems to be a much more profound phenomena, in that the "misses" are what make the "hits" so remarkable and worth coming back, again and again, to the point of addiction. In fact, even in life, itself, most people, most of the time, fail more than succeed, and thus, the addiction to life, despite its vicissitudes.
