The "report" was completely un-newsworthy, and was apparently posted with the sole intention of embarrassing and humiliating this individual.

I want to say this carefully so no one gets the wrong idea: If you think about it, posting the names, mugshots, case status, incarceration status and/or the release dates of people who have been arrested for engaging in commercial sex activities is [u]somewhat heartless[/u] and really just helping the police in their efforts to embarrass these people.

Since this website is all about assisting people in obtaining commercial sex services, we don't want to add to the problems of the unfortunate people who have been arrested by publishing their names, mugshots, case status, incarceration status, or release dates.

When Nikki called me, I literally typed what he said word for word. I did not check the facts myself as I took her word for it. Since she has been a friend for so long I for one will take it as a word of caution.

She told me it happened and that she was arrested, and her boyfriend showed me the bond receipt so I know she was in the JC.

Ill be avoiding that hotel for the near future and avoiding the phone number she gave me as well.

As a point of interest, I asked several providers if they had seen a guy with that number. The phone number Nikki gave me was also one Crissee said she had seen as a client. She said this mark was in her google voice records. She said she seen him at the same hotel. Almost all of the providers on this forum asked for the number and I gave it to them. I don't know who else has seen the dude.

As I recall Crissee also had been arrested for solicting this past month.

Call it a coincidence if you like but thats enough for me to stay clear of that hotel and that client.

Believe what you need to believe I put it out there as a public service I think it's up to each and every person to decide what to do with the information.

The paranoia here about anyone that even mentions LE is unbelievable. If you even mention the name LE, your branded as being a cop or working with them. Now Anvil is painting me and the members that have seen me as someone to be wary of. My gawd! LOL.

When people begin challenging the voracity of the messenger, all it tells the messenger is never to report anything again, because it will hurt their business to do so.

If you want people to report on things to protect your safety you need to support them in doing so whether it is right or wrong. It's the effort that counts. Any of you that have children know this. You support the behavior you want by praise not by criticism.

For me that's enough of a lesson learned. You won't see me reporting anything else.

Why would anyone risk the chance they are seeing someone who might be passing client names and numbers in their black book onto the cops for future stings, in exchange for leniency. You got two serious felony charges pending. If you get leniency out of them or they get dropped then your outed in my opinion.

There is word on the atreets that a girl that got busted is working with the cops in this area. I think it is reliable information. Theres only a few of you in the last month that have been arrested.

So I will repeat. Why should any of us risk seeing any provider that has been arrested until the dust settles.

Whoever this person is, they are obviously another member using a new moniker for the sake of posting salacious garbage in an attempt to hurt Crissee. Anyone with half of a brain knows that often misdemeanor charges are dropped when a multiple offense that is felony inclusive takes place. Why? Because it is less paperwork and hassle for the Judicial system to process, and since there are no serious violent offenses associated, it is in the best interest to simplify the case by dropping lessor charges.

Besides, this is old news, and frankly, not an uncommon event in this micro-society we inhabit.

To think that law enforcement would coerce Crissee to participate in a sting operation or falsely vouch for LE so they can bust other providers is absurd. Why? Because it requires too much risk and very little reward. If LE is interested in busting a bunch of hobbyists, all they have to do is post an ad of a new hot young provider. That is pretty much a guarantee of a feeding frenzy. If they want to bust providers, they start calling numbers and setting appointments. Please use some common sense.

I agree with you 100. From a LE perspective, I would not have any issues with seeing her. My biggest concern, as you have pointed out, would be with the heroin charge and the possible drug use.

I don't know her, have not seen her and more than likely never will, but I think that associating her with LE is unwarranted.

I have quit offering barter to new to me ladies because I have had several situations where I was really disappointed in the session that I got in trade. Also make sure you and the lady agree totally on what the barter deal is. If the laptop is worth what she charges for 3 one hour sessions then trade it for two sessions. But again, knowing the provider will make it easier to collect on the debt.

The money economy originally developed because bartering is inherently inefficient. If I were you, I would sell the laptop on Craigslist, and use the proceeds for your hobbying.

If you're vetted / a senior member, they do so instantly.

Walmart is advertising laptops from $298 and up. They are all decent. Some are refurbished. None of them are dogs since all modern laptops eclipse anything you may have more than 2 years old.

First, please recognize the the purpose of monitoring reports it not to aggravate you but to keep the forum free of SPAM. It is specifically because I put in the work to monitor posts that The Forum is relatively SPAM free. I don't like all the work, but I know from experience that there's no other option.

Second, if I lowered the Senior Member requirements to 6 months OR 25 reports, I would have spammers specifically posting 25 posts within a few days to get the senior member status, and then start spamming the forum. That's what did happen ALL THE TIME a couple of years ago when I once had the either / or criteria.

Third, the Forum is a compendium of reports, not a chat room. I care about the reports, not the chit-chat. Therefor, I don't think it's really that big of a deal if, for example, a report is visible at 6pm or not until a few hours later?

Fourth, I strongly disagree with your contention that "It usually takes over 24 hours or more for my posts to appear". I moderate and approve all new reports at least twice per day, and sometimes several times a day. The average delay is less than 6 hours. I know because I watch the statistics every day. The only time the delay is more than 12 hours is on those few days when I have some issue that prevents me from getting to a computer, such as a day when I may be flying between continents. Even then, I usually find an internet cafe at the airports so I can approve the pending reports before I get on my flight and again when I land.

Personally, I think you should be commending me for doing such a great job of managing the forum instead of commenting that I don't do it fast enough.

Thanks for your response. I was not critizing you. I simply asked if it was normal for posts to take that long to appear. I appreciate your work and I know you do important work. I started this hobby way when we did not have helpful forums like this. Forgive me if my comment came off as if I was questioning your management.
