Recently went to Tony's. It's was a mellow space, one stage in the center of the bar and pool tables of to the corner.

The girl that was dancing when I walked in caught my eye and after her song we talked for a while.

As we talked a got two beers ($5 each), two drinks for her ($15 each) and two lap dances ($30 each).

Overall it was a fun experience and I left feeling great.

Small note: the bar itself charged $4 to get money from the ATM even if your personal bank doesn't charge you ATM fees. But on the bright side the bar has no cover charge!

Just curious: I wasn't trying to suspend a lot but some how it seems like I still did. Are the prices at Tony 's about normal or are they on the high side? Also, and I ask seriously, can anyone tell me what I should and should not do during a lap dance?

Apparently Players Club has two different ways for the dancers to pay their house fee. They can either pay per lap dance where they have to get a ticket for every time they go to the lap dance area or they can pay a flat fee. Here is a tip. If the dancer is getting tickets she isn't expecting to get as much money and isn't likely to offer any extras. If she is paying the flat fee and not going up to the bar before taking someone back she is expecting she will be making more money in a shorter amount of time, hence extras. It being the Players Club, most of the girls are going up to the bar to get tickets, but watch for a while and see who goes to the lap dance area right away. Those are the girls you want to get a dance from.

(No, it's not a gay thing). When we go into a club, it seems like we get more attention from the girls in the club who come up together 2 at a time. I don't know, I guess they feel more comfortable working in pairs and hitting on two guys at a time thinking that the guys will be more willing to part with cash to impress the other guy.

I agree fully. Anytime I have taken a buddy along, we have always done better. I think the girls see two of us and believe it doubles their chances, especiall if they work together.

After the girls finish their stage dance they come around for a tip. My personal tipping policy is every girl who gets naked on stage gets $1 from me. If I liked her dance she gets $2. If she shows no more than I see at the beach, she gets nothing.

Recently I'm finding that the $1 girls are complaining that the tip is too small. I even had the bar tender tell me that I'm just there for the free heat, even though every dancer had received either $1 or $2 from me and I just paid $8 for a domestic beer.

Some have the nerve to say that they only get naked after receiving tips. The Block has some of the laziest dancers I have ever seen in a strip club. But to answer your question, I will tip a minimum of a dollar but mainly more depending on the show performed. A not so attractive and heavy set dancer that tries hard and gets nude on stage will get several bills from me, as opposed to miss pretty girl that just walks around like she is modeling a bathing suit.

First stop was Chez Joey's. Heard mixed reviews about the place from this site and others so naturally decided to take a shot. Had a few drinks and started chatting with the bartender she offered a private dance for $. 6 + tip (For 20 min of fame at that price Get out of here. Next was LD's They had 2 dollar drink specials so hey why not? Had my fill but nothing really worth going on about. Headed to the Lust. Not a bad inside decent girls. Met this one spinner who could work. Got a private dance for $ and no tip. She took me upstairs and gave me a CBJ and K9 till finish. I gave her an extra. 4 for the great time. Would do it again in a minute.

If I just come into the club, and a chick just got off of stage and asks for a tip, I explain that I did not see her dance but I will tip her later when I am settled if she dances for me (at the bar / at my chair).

If I just come into the club, sit down and a chick that I just rejected then asks for a tip, I say no.

If I am at a club with a bar that has women walking on the bar expecting tips and shaking ass in my face (I. E. Norma's, or little darlings at the stage seating), I don't sit at the bar so the seat can be open for guys who like to tip chicks for that kind of "work. ".

If I am at a club and there is a chick that I want to get to "know" and I already bought her a drink / spoke to her about take-out / other activities and she is down, I may give her like 5 bucks while she is on stage (maybe), and that is only if there are a lot of patrons in the bar.

I don't like to throw money away:

If a chick has a decent body, but has a little pouch or baby fat, but keeps herself up: she is getting the bare minimum tip. I can see that at home with my SO.

If a chick clearly takes her craft seriously, goes to the gym, and actually practices pole dancing: she is getting a higher tip, simply because she earned it by entertaining me.

If a chick doesn't take care of herself (I. E. Druggie, fat, or otherwise not up to my standards), then she gets 0.

I never let chicks harass me into giving money. I let them know that I only tip women that I'm interested in, or who do something to entertain me.

Now, if I am interested in a woman, I will tip her as we are negotiating. I don't like lap dances or women grinding on me if I can't hit it at that moment, so I normally stop the girl from trying to grind on me, and just bring her close / sit her down and talk to her. If I didn't get a drink for her, I will just tip her as we talk (time is money). If I set something up for later and she is legit, then I will tip her like a $20 before I leave (after I have gotten her number and set something up), because I would have spent at least an hour vetting her.

Any recommendations on what clubs I should hit? It'll be this Wed and Thurs night around 9 pm-ish.

Just go to the Block (400 block of East Baltimore Street) and go in and out of every bar until you find what you like. Don't expect to find a lot of good looking, healthy girls.
