Greetings! So I just moved back to the area after having military obligations for the last couple years and with my traveling I fell into the hobby with months of loneliness from deployments. Stop for the yellow lights, don't go right on red, circle back if you see a bus stopping, drive the speed limit, let someone cut in front of you. The slower pace allows you to absorb the surroundings and look for the ones that stand out. Albany is dead from 2-7 pm, Troy on the other hand is happening at that time, not sure what the schedule is in Schenectady anymore but 9 pm-1 am was the witching hours 5+ years ago. 5 am - 7 am is surprisingly busy in Albany on the strolls.
Dcguy has good advice, all tactics I use. The daytime is hit or miss, actually more miss. After dark, I have seen 3-4 girls every time I have passed. Not always great material, but seeing activity.
As the economy is not what it used to be, I am finding myself thinking about venturing away from the well known providers I have had in the past and go more toward the unknown. I have seen many post about the "LEO" check. I know nothing can be 100% sure but I am looking for the 99% ways to check to find out if a girl is LEO. I am looking for best practices.
