I'll bet Prostitution is being considered for legalisation. Most likely it's not the Cash Cow Marijuana is. But it's possibly decent enough for taxation revenue.

Very few people in non Bible Belt areas would be opposed to it as long as minimum age of both providers and clients is 21 and written consent is obtained and kept on file.

Dude was probably a religious nutcase from the looks of this. People are saying this was a racially motivated crime, but nah, just look at the guy's face. He probably fucked or got a handy from nearly every one of those women many times before going nuts. I'd bet you a buffalo nickel that ideas about religious purity drove this guy to "purify" himself of temptation, and the fact that the victims were mostly asian was just happenstance. Damned shame.

The bm will always exist, but the legalisation is about getting as much away from the bm, and into taxable territory. Which has been a success.
In short, give it time.
