If you're on 4 wheels, small chance you'll be able to pick up. If you're on 4 wheels and black, no chance.
Coming from work today and riding up L Street, I noticed that the District has added "NO TURN SIGNS. 9PM 5AM" to poles at 13 & 14 Street loop. What this means is that LE can pull you over and ticket you for making a right turn off of L street to get over to K street side of the loop.
Be careful out there and be safe.

Got into town around 9 pm Fri night and went straight to the loop after checking into my hotel. It was really dead. Spent most of the night looking until I finally came across Tina around 4 am. I couldn't believe how slow it was after reading these recent reports. But it was well worth the wait. Tina is slender with dark hair and probably mid 20s. She had no problems with the 15 minutes it took to get to my room and quoted $. 7 for half and half. That may be a little high for the street but she was defiunitely CL level talent. She didn't rush at all, allowed everything, including DATY and a little light anal play, and was pleasent to be with. Sorry, I didn't ask for digits because was only in town for the night. If you are lucky enough to find her, treat her well. She is one of the nicest SWs I have been with.

Did the loop last night around 3:30am. Nothing to be seen, not a single sw.
More or less the same thing happened last weekend. Went around the area a few times around 4-5am just 1 girl to be seen. Got snatched about 10 seconds after she walked into the loop.
Have Anyone Seen Her Lately?

I just returned from another visit to that area and saw Angie again. She started to tell me a different name, but I reminder her that she had told me Angie yesterday (yellow skirt). Another CBJ and I was out of there (0. 3). There was a fairly large selection this morning, but the "handlers" were very close to them today (yesterday they stood back, but not this morning).
Am I imagining things? I could have sworn those no right turn after 9pm signs have been there for years.

I've only been down in DC a couple times this year and didn't see much to look at except at the clubs as I go by. The signs have been there for a few years. I never saw any LE enforcement of them. Of course that could change.

You are correct, Balti. A quick search shows I spoke of those signs in May 2004.
