Both C-Mowe's and Dollies are open on Sundays, but both seemed a little lackluster when I visited in the afternoon a few weeks ago - perhaps it was the heat.

At 7:30 PM Sunday, I guess you can say I christened City Nights with a semen shower [Lol]. City Nights is the strip club in East St. Louis on 8th Street which turns into Mississippi Avenue and leads south to Sauget, Illinois. The club is owned by the same person or persons who own Miss Kitty's in Washington Park. Well, let me tell ya, they renovated City Nights. It's much nicer than the last time I popped in a few months ago. Much, much nicer, and much larger too. Maybe they tore down some walls. It's a good club now. The private lap dance area, though, could be a little better, but no complaints here; it's very similar to the Miss Kitty's lap dance area.

There were 5 or so dancers Sunday night at 7:30 PM in the club. I spoke with Valerie a bit and bought her a $6 drink. Valerie has a [i]really[/i] good, healthy body, much of it exposed in the skimpy top and shorts she was wearing. I was instantly attracted. A little later on while we were still talking at the bar, I asked if we could have full-service, but she said she doesn't do that, only regular $35 dances. So I then asked about a hand job. If anyone wants to look for the report, I think his name was Darnell. I heard that it wasn't accidental -- he was killed deliberately and was the target. The wake was today (Monday). Sad news. I hope that I get to see Jazz before I go home, just to give her my condolences.

Anyway, it was slow in the club. The ballgame was boring and they had racing on the big screen. Chuck was there, which is unusual on the weekend, but understandable with Jazz out. He does the typical strip club "DJ voice" when he announces the girls, which is just ridiculous when there are fewer than 10 guys in the club. I stepped out around 9:00 to grab a bite to eat and while I was out I swung by Wise Guys. No cover, but quite a few guests (15ish?) and dancers there (maybe 10). As I walked in, the oldest skankiest dancer I've seen there came up to me and asked if I want her to sit with me. I said "maybe later" and headed to the bar. She asked if I was gonna sit at the bar, and patted a chair next to her. I got a beer and walked to the other side of the room and sat at a table -- but she followed me! She sat next to me and wouldn't get the hint. As I was about to tell her to get lost, who came over to save me but Faith! She remembered me from MK, even though I only met her a couple of times and the last was 4 months ago!

Faith shooed away the other skank (hah) and sat with me for a minute before she needed to go grab a smoke with some friends. I'd heard she had been fired from MK for being stoned and passing out. She told me it was because she was drunk and got in a fight with Chuck. Apparently she called him some names that you just can't take back, and she is hoping he'll forgive her and allow her to go back there. She said she made twice as much at MKs, even though you can do a lot more at Wise Guys. I told her I didn't have time to really play around with her, but would come back and see her another night. Just before I was about to leave, though, she came back by and asked if I wanted to do a private with her for $20. Sold!

In the private area there was a guy on one of the other couches with his pants all the way down around his ankles and two girls working on him. I didn't get a good look (didn't want to), but I was shocked by how far they were going. Faith told me that anything and everything is available there, and the VIP room is even more private. It sure has changed since I was there last. The private was awesome, and she did a great job. I will see her again, if I get the chance.

Went back to MKs around 10:00 and closed the place out. I'm not sure what I'll be doing tonight -- maybe MKs, or maybe one of the other clubs. I'll post reports as I get a chance over the next week.

Monday at Miss Kitty's was dead dead dead. I just popped in for an hour or so -- mostly to see Trina. Climax was there, but no one else I knew. In fact there were only 5 girls there at 5:00. Apparently most of them were at the wake for Jazz's son. Around 6:00 a bunch of people came in wearing suits and dresses, so I guess the service ended. They stayed together in a group at the bar. One of them was Trinity, who was married to Darnell. They had only been married a couple of months before he was killed. What a shame. I left about then and headed over to City Nights.

Wow, they did a number on that place! It is still quite unfinished -- the walls are plywood, and you can see the bare wood where they added the second floor. It will be nice though. It is kind of "L" shaped with the pool tables around the corner from the bar. The stairs to the second floor are kind of hidden behind a big mural. They are very steep and narrow stairs, so I'm betting there will be a second bar upstairs. No one will be running up and down those stairs a lot. I didn't go up though. Two stages and lots of tables, but only one couch. I didn't see the VIP room.

Ariel was there (from MK on Sunday). She told me that the management is planning on putting hot tubs upstairs. She said she thought they'd charge a flat fee to go upstairs with a girl ($150 was her guess), and that the girl would get a cut of that. I suppose any action would be negotiated additionally. Not sure how well that will go over, since their license is still as a "bikini bar" and no nudity is allowed. Considering how much they spent on renovations (including a $50,000 sign that can be seen from the bridge), they have to think that it will be profitable. That place has such history that I'd hate for it to close. It was a mob bar all the way back to the 1920s, and in the 90s Froggy's was a rough and tumble biker bar where anyone with [i]only[/i] a knife was considered under-equipped. With the second story they are back to being the only two-story adult club in the area -- ever since the Mile High closed in the late 90s they've all be one floor. Anyone else remember the Mile High club?

I ended the night at Wise Guys. Faith was there again, as was the older woman from Sunday (her name is "Sassy"). She tried to latch onto me again and this time I told her flat out, "No, you can't sit with me." Faith came by and we talked a while. She offered me 5 dances for $100, so I took her up on it. Despite all the talk from the day before, though, she wasn't willing to go very far in the dance area. Maybe in the VIP, but I wasn't about to pay extra to find out. So even though she stated flat out "everything goes here", it didn't. Anyway, I was out of there by 10:00 and back at my hotel.

Tuesday was a work night so no report. I'll be on the East side tonight and will let you guys know what happens.

I thought that I knew every old club (Red Garter, Main Street, Cheeks, Fannies, French Quarter, to name a few), but I do not recall The Mile High Club. Were was it? I recall that the old C-moes had an upstairs as did Mainstreet, but now you got me thinking, and I do not recall the Mile High. Darn I am getting old.

KC Questor, nice report on the City Nights strip club. Just one point: City Nights isn't the only strip club in the area with 2 floors. PT's in Brooklyn has a very classy second story that includes private dance booths, a hot tub, and even a large, round bed. All that and more is on the second floor of PT's Brooklyn.

I'm surprised you didn't mention 18-year-old Valerie at City Nights / Miss Kitty's. Wasn't she there at either place when you visited? Again, nice couple of reports. Thanks for sharing. - Rosco

Decided to check out Wise Guys a couple of weeks ago during the day shift and saw Shy and Chrystal (now Bambi) both formerly from Dollies. Spoke about the VIP room but didn't try it.

About a month ago a snuck out of work early and hit Wise Guys before I went home, hoping to see the lovely Raven. It was pretty dead, maybe only three customers in the place. I was at Dollie's on Monday at about 3 pm. When I arrived there were approx 6 men and 8 ladies. Within a few minutes though 4 of the men took off together and it was me and this other guy facing a money hungry team of ladies. I had barely sat down at a rear table when one of them walked up and grabbed my soldier and asked if she could give me a table dance. It was across the street from where Kitty's stands, a white building that is now a drug rehab center or something. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I only ever came up to visit a couple of times a year and may be mixing it in with Tulsa, Little Rock, Omaha, and other cities in my region back then.

Funny because I even commented to Ariel that City nights would have hot tubs upstairs just like PT's.- to which she replied that theirs would not be as expensive and would probably have a bit more action. I guess I forgot about PT's because their upstairs is more of a balcony, with the area above the bar as open.

I never saw Valerie, and would have noted her if I had.

Wednesday I popped back in to City Nights to see if Journey or Crystal was there, since they usually work there together on that day. No one I recognized was there except Kaleah.- seven months pregnant and not showing past 4. She is a skinny thing and you wouldn't know to look at her that she is due in October. I hope it turns out OK.

Got to Miss Kitty's around 5:00. It was super slow, but most every girl in the place was latched on to a regular.

Stayed at MK until shift change then went over to Wise Guys. Got a bucket of beers from the bartender T.C. (formerly Babe of Miss Kitty's and elsewhere) -- $12 for 4 bottles, best deal around. It was actually moderately busy, but I didn't do any privates or even note any of the girls I went to the stage for. Harley was there, but was busy with customers non-stop. She looks better than she did at C-Mowes. As the day shift girls left and the night shift came on, the place emptied of customers. It was amazing. By 8:00 there were maybe four guys in the place, and 10 or so girls. I sat at the bar most of the evening with Faith and some of her friends and we all talked about who we knew and who we didn't like. I had fun.

Faith told me she had passed out at the club after I left on Monday and one of the girls there had stolen all of her cash. Not sure that I believe her -- maybe she wanted me to take pity and give her money, I don't know. But she claimed she was going to cut down on her drinking from now on and not pass out anymore. In the hour and a half that I sat with her, she had six Crown Royals. Even the bartender cut her off, and that was with almost six hours left to go on her shift. Somehow I don't think that her abstinence program is going to work.
