That advertisement offers almost anything to induce men to contact the advertiser, including incall, outcall, anal sex, fetish, "All 3 Holes Are Uncovered," GFE, relaxation massage, nuru massage, deep tissue massage, Thai combination massage, prostate massage, videos, and cocaine. The phone number has a Florida area code. My best guess is that this over-the-top advertisement involves some sort of scam.
