I know from my own experience and private discussions with another hobbyist that we potentially saw the same kgirl but under different names. In one case, the scheduler all but admitted to me that there were two different profiles on their site for the same girl. When they initially started, the girls seem to be close to the posted pictures but recently, it has not even been close and the girls do look more like what MarineOcean has described.

I'm grateful that has not happened in my appointments with Kangels. I'm afraid to try again with KAngels. My first experience was off an ad on STG. (Granted, not the actual KAngels group) but the girl was definitely not the girl in the picture and was far less attractive. Full safety service which was mechanical and unenthusiastic.
