The only downside of paying upfront is I only bring bennies and I round up their base rate as tips which isn't always bad, just makes it harder for negotiations haha.

I think you guys are missing the nuance of my statement. I have no issues paying upfront if it's the first time seeing a new girl. But if I'm doing multi sessions with the same girl, the goal is reduction of fees or other entertainment. This game doesn't work if they keep insisting on fees up front.
