But I don't really think it has been 100% effective. Websites shouldn't have been targeted because of it. There are still some prostitutes out there on the streets that are underage. Websites should have been given some kind of immunity or at least allowed them to implement better filtering to weed out possible human trafficking.

But I have to say I have not had the same luck. Usually in small 4th tier markets I've found basically no action on seeking.
