But then I've heard other stories, where they never receive a response ever.

So I think it depends on a variety of factors, many of which are unknown to me.

-do we need more business or too much. If to busy why answer a new customer?

I've tried a few times. The only time I ever got a response they said my phone number wasn't registered to me. I have used that number for 20 years, including with CEC. I've seen others say it has to be an iPhone.

Either way. I submit my information to them about once a year, hoping something changes at some point. Not holding my breath though.
