Passed 27th at end of Plaza Northwest corner at 9 am. 6 cruisers, flashers closed the street and plaza. Big drug bust. That's where most area candy sales take place. Passed by later, no pan handlers, no walkers, cruiser parked at Jay-Mar and one at Mac D's. Ladies may be migrating if the candy store is closed.
Was heading to work saw a possible WSW by 31st and atlantic past powerline. Mid 40's had blue shorts made of jeans and hair up to shoulder lenght. Face looked a bit rough. And there was way too much traffic. Was already late for work so could not part take. Also had a grey-ish backpack on and did turn around on hitting 31st (started walking back towards powerline).

Cheetah gets some spill over walkers but not much. Down to Copans are the two motels that have a fair amount of street / motel workers.
