I tend to agree. It was about 9pm or so and a bit dark in my car. Guess I was a little over-concened. Uusally don't cruise that area all tht much. Was the first time I had enconter Rachel, and there were lots of L. E. Visiable.

I was headed down BW around 1pm today and spotted a blonde with dirty looking below shoulder length hair.
