If you do not know the proper law please do not post false information. There is a such thing as entrapment in Virginia. Luckily I have several LE in my family and I know what they can and cannot do.

1) LE can solicit you in their own way. They can ask if you are looking to party, have a good time, etc. They cannot ask you if you want a bj.

2) LE CANNOT touch you in any sexual manner.

3) IF LE's actions sway you into committing a crime in which you were not going to commit, then that is entrapment.

1,2 and 3 only apply if you have not solicited LE first. This is where people get confused about Virginia entrapment.

If you ask an undercover cop for a bj for .2 and she says yeah I'll give you a bj...that is not entrapment. Then you get arrested.
