When is the best time to show up at clubs to double-dip on the shift change? I'd like to have enough time to establish a conversation with day shift girls and potentially go to VIP, but then if that doesn't work out I'd transition to the night shift girls without sitting around for a long time. I don't even know when shift change is.

I prefer girls on the thin side so maybe to each his own on the ratings. I was consistently offered almost anything I wanted, and I'm 99% sure these were legitimate offers. I've been to the VIPs in most of those clubs (the Red Room VIP is kind of a prank right? So this isn't that new to me. Takeout was offered about 25% of the time without me asking first, and then another 25% when I did ask.

The one club I have never been sure about is Little Darlings. I've searched this board and it seems like the VIP can be fun there, but I get a weird feeling when I walk in like Little Darlings is a midpoint between Hustler and Pussycat. You may or may not have fun in VIP. If I'm wrong about this please let me know as I like the atmosphere of that club.

I asked the same question regarding Little Darling VIP months ago. Not much info, but apparently there are girls who do offer extras in the VIP.

That includes LD's.[/QUOTE]I always try to hit the block shortly before shift change, because that is when you have the biggest chance for take-out, if that is what you are looking for (with the exception of Lust and Norma Jeans). Most clubs won't let the girls leave unless you "buy" them out, except, from my experience Lust and Norma's. At Norma's and Lust, the girls can just leave if they want. I have had take out from Norma's and Lust wherein I get the girl at the end of day shift / beginning of night shift, and keep them for a couple of hours, and then drop them back at the club.

For take out from Norma's, Sunday is the best night. This is because there is a serious lag between the end of day shift (which is very short at Norma's on Sunday) and the time night shift picks up. As such, there is a window to get a girl, let her make some $$ with you, then bring her back to the club before it get's busy and she can make more $$ in the club. It's a win-win. For me, shift change is where it is at.

Some good posts on the subject but I wanted to add one thing. Just because a girl says she will meet you for takeout doesn't mean she will actually show up. My MO is to schedule an 8:15 pm meeting at Midway, if she doesn't show up by 8:30 then I move on to the next opportunity. The next opportunity may be on the next stool.

As observed elsewhere just because she says she'll meet you doesn't mean much.

Apart from that I try to avoid shift change. Between 7 - 9. The day girls are 'done' for the day and just want to go home. If they can grab a few extra bucks without expending effort they will, but that often means an abbreviated if not disappointing session. The girls coming on shift when they first arrive are full of "Not another day at work" attitude. It takes them an hour or so to shift from "I showed up what more do you want" to whatever mindset actually makes them money.

If you are trying for takeout, you need to arrive enough before the "waiting for the 5 o'clock whistle" mentality sets in to get your arrangements settled.

After returning to the Baltimore area from another state, I noticed that the strip clubs around here lack a good provocative dildo show. In Philly and other cities this phenomenon is available in some clubs; the only thing I've seen here is a lollipop. If you have not seen one just imagine those large black devices available at adult book stores getting inserted on stage; now that's a show. It seems to me that the clubs can spice it up with a dominatrix enforcer that cracks the whip when the girls get lackluster in their performance. Time for some disgusting goth butt hole supremacy. I guess I'm just bored.

Norma Jeans. Got the wand (metal detector) on the way in and told buying a drink to hang around was required. There was one sad looking old man sitting at the stage on the left. Not sure what he was watching because there was no girl on stage! The place was also dead.

Lesson learned. Stay home Thursday night!

I also stopped in the Flamingo -- same set up as Diamond (which the door guy advertised as "dark meat" to me as I walked by tonight) with the small long stage behind the bar. The girl on stage at the flamingo was pretty big. One of the largest strippers I have ever seen. I was approached by "Malibu" at the Flamingo. She nestled in behind me -- coaxing me to sit down and stay awhile. Now, as nice as Malibu was, she was either really high or something. I looked directly in her eyes, she could not keep her eyes open for any length of time, but when she did open her eyes, they were rolled back in her head! Not sure if that would have been a good or bad experience.

I might stop back there again. Maybe. The one thing I don't like about the block is all the extra guys just hanging out -- between the door guys trying to get me in the door and the extra actors just hanging at the doors. Not the most appetizing for me.

So I know we have fun at the SC's here in Atlanta and I bet we have like minds. What clubs or bars would you go to here for "fun". Hell, maybe even strippers or SWs or backpage girls that show up. I heard the girls from the Pony used to go to Famous Pub real late. Only saw one there once.

One Man.[/QUOTE]Any info I have is stale, but for a number of years stopping off at The Block was my from-me-to-me after wrapping up all the family Christmas stuff Christmas day.

I found it to be a decent visit. Fewer girls dancing, but way fewer customers, so the ratio worked out in your favor; generally lots of attention.

If you have the spidy-sense required to spot the girls who think "bad night, I need to make all my money from this one guy" and steer towards those who think "Bad night, better to cut a deal and not go home empty handed" it can be a very nice evening.

Likewise I've found mid to late January, when all the Christmas bills start coming due, is frequently a good time to get plenty of attention.

Long time lurker, only posted once. Lots of feedback on ThE otheR site. Anyway. I'm solo this holiday eve and thinking about hitting some clubs, which normally isn't my mo. Looking for any like minded wingmen. Fit, professional guy here on this end.

Just got into town last night. After checking into my hotel, headed down to the block. I thought I'd share a few of my observations.

MIDWAY.

(my favorite club because the bartender's nice and the drinks are cheap). Absolutely dead. When I went in there, there were 2 heavier black girls and the bartender.

Next on to the JEWEL BOX.

No customers when I was there, and that was easy to understand. Mostly fat girls there (not attracted to the bigger ones).

After that on to the RED ROOM.

Some nice lookers there and quite a few (relatively speaking) customers. Busy enough that only about 3 girls hit on me.

And then?? The CIRCUS.

A few 5/10's there (and I suspect all heavy drug users). A few hit on me, but overall, nothing really enticing.

Next door the HAREM.

Only one good looker there and she was all wrapped up with a black guy (or was he all wrapped up? I had part of a drink and left there.

Next? The DIAMOND.

All few dancers, most of them heavy, all of them black (not my flavor). Walked in, and walked back out.

And where to next? The UPSTAIRS JEWEL BOX.

Misty the bartender and one overweight dancer. 1/2 a drink and then left.

My final stop? The PUSSY CAT.

Several (I. E. , more than 1) good looking girls in there, maybe 5 customers. Two drinks for me, and then bought a very pretty girl a drink. She was very flirty with me both in her talk and physical contact, BUT the bartender was a *****.

I went to a couple of bars twice to see if they had changed at all. They hadn't of course. Same girls. And also the same customers. All-in-all, a bad night for me, but in fairness, it was a bad night for most of the girls too. Since I'm stuck in town till Sunday, I'll try there again tonight, and see what Christmas eve holds for me.

I went to a couple of bars twice to see if they had changed at all. They hadn't of course. Same girls. And also the same customers.

Early in the week has always been a bad night for me.

Very surprised about upstairs JB. As manager Misty definitely has a "type" she keeps on staff, and that runs towards waif. (Although there has been a girl there that was a waif, and medical issues meant she is no longer. If the scheduled girls flaked she might have called her in.).

Also things not changing surprising. I actually have the opposite problem, I scan all the places and go back to the one I saw the best talent, and they are gone (presumably to the back with customers, or the manager decided they were over staffed and sent them home).

I won't make it up there this year, but wish you better luck as the week goes on.
