The only solution is to leave philly for good and go somewhere else where it's easier and much more favorable to monger. It's not favorable at all to monger in philly, no way whatsoever.

Locations like the Philippines and south america are much much more favorable. Places like this are catered to the monger, making it easer and actually encouraging for the monger. Things like not having to worry about law enforcement, cheaper prices, and a higher selection of girls that may be more pleasant and receptive to deal with. All of that is 1 million times better than whatever the shit philly is currently offering you.

No one wants to say these things though because it's a grim reality that is very difficult to accept.

This is why my main suggestion is what I mentioned before, keep expectations low.
