That is true with any anonymity on this board or any board as IndyAnon has pointed out in the past. If a provider has multiple good reviews then one has to look at the whole pattern of reviews before making an informed decision. One bad review means nothing if there are 100's of good reviews and this is true about Sara. What I find interesting is all the bad feedback I am now getting about IA from providers.
