Was in the center getting some food tonight. Is asIan rose next to Peter piper still open? I didn't see any open signs, but sign on door says open until 11. I think this is / was a FS place? Not my thing so never stopped in here even when I was frequently at/around this center "back in the day".
Decided to check out (in car) rest of area / center real quick. Knew VIP was gone and nothing was where that used to be (no other massage place I mean, there was another business). It looks like that Asian Rose place is closed. There was a key lock box on the door, which means that it's up for leasing again. The door was obviously locked too.
In that same shopping center on the other side is a new place called Cozy Spa. It's certainly setup like a typical asian place. There was a small lobby with a window and a security door (which was open). A friendly lady came out to greet me and I told her that I didn't have the time today and just stopped by to pick up a business card.

Cozy spa must have been the one I drove by but couldn't see the name on the door (a couple doors down from the old VIP massage.).

Massage is half way decent, daty was fantastic, mish was good as well. Not a bad visit but a bit one and done for the hour donation. For that price I think there are plenty to choose from that offer a better overall experience. I'd see her again if my regulars weren't available. And not sure if the activities change for the hh visit.

Maximum Wellness is in Mesa and Biltmore Clinic is in central Phoenix.

I don't know much about it other than what I've read so isn't much help. Its on Mesa / Gilbert border (Gilbert / Southern cross streets) and I believe its 80 dollars for an hour (used to be 70)? It says its latinas. Don't know what they offer, but I believe it could be on the more expensive side also even for basic level of service. Its listed on maps rub (reverse those) anyway.

In Mesa Mystic Waters Gilbert and Southern and Latina Spa Mesa Dr. Just south of University in 2 story white building, no sign, just open sign. Latina Spa will charge you the full $240 at the door. Aloha in Glendale at 54th Ave and Glendale used to be good was disappointed in the looks of the masseuses last times I went. USA Spa at 51st Ave and Peoria is another option.
Cuba Spa is expensive but Girl I saw was nice and for an extra tip broke her comfort zone and did DATY. Rooms there don't have walls to the ceiling and people were walking around in the halls and she had the music turned up so they wouldn't hear.
Latina women will charge $200 some $300 for FS. Biltmore Spa, Essence of Health, and Mystic Waters charge that. These women move around so I can't vouch for who is working. Koza and Lotus I have enjoyed in the past.
