East Spa closed a good while back but OK Stress Management is still open. I was by there a month or so ago. Similar menu to East Spa, prices similar to Louisville, and like the 'ville there are no young hotties. But you can get a table shower from a mature provider who will make sure you leave satisfied. The park right behind the spa is full of bums sleeping, drinking and smoking crack in public. I've not seen more that one car on her lot, ever and that car has been mine. I'm in town for a few weeks and noticed two spas on dixie highway.

One next to a cell phone place and few block up one was next to a CBD store.

Any info on either of these places? What's on the menu and the damage?

The one next to CBD store will offer a decent CBJ from 60-80 from a provider in her 40's. She used to do BBBJCIM, but changed to CBJ and I quit going. If you follow dixie north a bit, past just past I-264 it Vs. Follow the right side of the V and the road becomes 7th street. Just past the V, you will see a Krispy Kreme and a Valvoline on left. The is a spa in a White House (with spa / open signs) next to the Valvoline (all this is less than a 1/2 north of I-264) you get to the domino's you've gone too far) with a provider in her late 20 with fantastic naturals. This used to be a FS place, but the most I've heard she offers is topless HJ or CBJ. She's probably my go to in the area now.

Historically, most of the girls aren't as attractive as the ones in the other 2 spas, but on occasion, there will be a ringer, who's beautiful.

Back then, they had some attractive girls there but, as with most of the places today, it is a crap shoot as to what type of girl you get. I really miss the days of Rainbow, Olympic, Far East, et al.
