The out of town area code isn't so much of an issue, people move and can request any area code they want, but ads at different locations every other day are an obvious red flag for a ripoff scam or worse.

And you can't treat these girls like sex workers, in your approach. But you can be somewhat direct about what you want vs. What you don't want. Say No to pic sellers and online only and anyone that smacks of GPS (unless that's your thing). Find the hot things that are down to fuck and reasonable in their requests. It's a gold mine compared to the barren cesspool of STG.
