I'm not a lawyer but this new law seems awfully RIPE to get shot down in the Supreme Court?
The law is basically opening the floodgates for every website to be fully responsible for ANY criminal or possibly criminal posting by it's users. So if a kid on Facebook posts a question asking other Facebook users if they have any good weed for sale, then the authorities can shut down a multi-billion dollar website that serves 2 billion users over this one potentially criminal act? Instagram and Twitter can now be shut down by the Feds if one 16 year old girl sends a nude pic to her 17 year old boyfriend because that means Instagram and Twitter are complicit in child porn? LUDICROUS by even the most stringent fascist playbook.
Got to blame the Trumpty Dumpty for this mess, folks. He took an oath on January 20, 2017 to protect our rights and liberties and now he's defecating all over the Constitution like it's a urine stained rag.
