And, bewildering to me, there's enough demand to explain why the same caliber of girls are constantly in supply.

Demand seems to be relatively constant (gong on that these boards exist).
Quality of the girls has gone way down.
Price has gone up a bit (inflation).
Have to think destruction of CL and crackdowns of other checks helped.
Make it a riskier preposition and that brought out a bad element.
