I will be avoiding Archer Ave spas for awhile until things cool down. Hope LE actually does what it's supposed to be doing and catch this guy instead of needlessly harassing the spas. WIR OTOH LE?

My apologies if this is the wrong forum but it is related.[/QUOTE]I watched the first episode On Demand. This isn't the best show on TV but it's worth watching for anyone on this board. The show deals with high-end spas that cater to sensual massage. Chicago doesn't have a scene like this but it will be familiar to anyone who has spent time in New York.
Overall the show paints a pretty fair and nonjudgemental view of the business. This is Lifetime, a women's network, and they could have been a lot harsher to men and the business in general. I think at the end of the day Lifetime realized this is just about consenting adults exchanging payment for a service.
The main character, played by Jennifer Love Hewitt, is a stay-at-home mom who was a legit masseuse earlier in career. She has nice kids, cars and a beautiful McMansion in the burbs. After her out-of-work husband leaves them she's forced to get a job to support her family. The economy sucks and she can only get a job as a masseuse. But that doesn't pay the bills so she turns to giving extras in order to make the big $$$ tips. Nobody forced her into it and she seems to actually enjoy what she does.
The customers, all men, are pretty regular joes. One is a business traveller type who is just horny. Another is an older guy whose marriage is at its end. Yes, it's Lifetime, so some of the customers are "hard body" types for the benefit of the woman audience. I thought Lifetime would portray the men as all loser types but they actually did a fair job.
The spa owner is a older woman who, like Jennifer Love Hewitt's character, simply wants to support her own children. She treats the employees well and seems to be a decent small business owner. Lifetime could have made her an abusive pimp type but instead she comes across as a very normal entrepreneur.
I will be in Chicago next week. I have been scoping a place and was hoping someone could confirm the reports of it being R&T. Not interested in FS. I am newer to the site, but the reports have been very helpful as I travel a lot. St. Louis and Charlotte have been fun! Anyway, I cannot find anything regarding this place on here.
Please respond with a PM. It's on Peterson in a medical building (TM).
I would take any other suggestions as well via PM. I will be in the Franklin Park area. I like a very good R before the HE.
Thanks and Happy Hunting!

My current ATFs 1 and 2 need a timeout, but they're both at that 2520 place, so I'm trying to diversify my portfolio (even after years and years, these girls can still play games and be just as crazy as women not on the payroll, if not more so). Things are barren compared to 2005 or hell, even 2009. I know Sunkiss' reputation for being a blue-ball establishment, and I've been there before (back when it was new) and received all the right signs, but only an odd quasi-finish (neither legal nor satisfying, which is just dumb). But currently it's so busy in there after 9 every night that I figured something has to be going on, so I did a walk-in tonight. Got Coco. Very tiny, very quiet, but a great great massage. I knew there was a good chance it wouldn't end happy, but again, the signs were all there. No towel at any time, lights dimmed for the flip, lots of thigh massaging. But no finish. It's been so long since I was denied (because I see my regulars) , I was actually more amused than anything else. I dropped a Jackson for the good back-walk and the thorough massage (didn't plan ahead and had no smaller bills).
So seniors and other distinguished fellows. Can I get some info on who to ask for, and what I can expect? The phone was ringing off the hook and the door was buzzing constantly the whole time I was there. Someone has to be getting something! PM if you like. I'd also be interested in knowing if Coco is good to go on return visits. She gave me the whole we-do-only-professional-massages-here routine, but I'd love to know if there's anything to be had with a little persistence. Thanks.

I guess I better check it out before Tom Dart slaps an orange sticker on the door.
