The building being auctioned was originally a warehouse building and was over the years converted to a several retail spaces. Under the City bldg codes I don't think there are enough parking spaces to comply with the bldg codes. I think some of the spaces were permitted in those days when the under the table deals were prevalent. As I recall there is a Korean church at the EWA side.
