I believe the Sakura building was one of those in the Keeaumoku area confiscated by the Feds in a big raid a year or two ago.

I don't think so as the sign says it is a Treasury Auction. If it was confiscated because of illegal activity, that would be a DoJ auction. Perhaps this building was taken away because of taxes or something.

I think that is one of the buildings owned by the Korean guy arrested for gambling houses and other activities last year. He admitted to the wrong doing and saved his wife from being charged.

Real question is whether prime real estate like that will be bought up, building razed, and then a brand new storage facility built on the site. Seen too many of those damn things come up in the recent past. Maybe they can run an AMP out of the storage units. Each locker has a bed.
Holy crap. It's a 53 year old building? It probably should just be knocked down! and the property taxes are $51K a year, give or take? That's a lot of AMP sessions you need to have to make up the value if you're getting freebies. (or even a cut of the profits)

If Liliha Kim was older for you, Angela will be more than old; both are in MILF/GMILF territory, but the service is excellent.
Personally, I cannot handle the age thing, so I don't usually try the mature providers unless I'm desperate, but that's just me....may be different for you, so if it rocks the boat for you, they are awesome providers.
