I don't know who the driver was, but I'm guessing he was impaired or retarded. She called him 4 times before he figured out how to get to my side of the building. She paid him and came back in.

If she says her "friend" is driving her you can bet it's the pimp. Honestly I'd rather deal with that than an Uber or cab driver. They are supposed to respond that gratuities are not required, but can then accept it if the client insists. Yes, it is a favorite means of many girls to be driven around town. For the most part.
