I had time for one pass around the horn last night, so I headed west on Sully. ALOT of chicks working last night, but I did have a nooner earlier with a FWB, so I wasn't desparate. Saw 8-10 haggards in the bottoms alone. They must have been aware of the supply versus demand because at least three of them either yelled or were trying to flag guys down.

What's the latest on hotels/motels near the main strolls (Sullivant, etc.)? I'm in town for a few days soon and need a place to crash one of the nights, but I'd love to combine that with some visits from some special friends I may meet. I'd prefer direct room access, of course.

Hopalong. While there are any number of them up and down Broad Street, probably the most available one is the 40. That, too, is closely LEO monitored, but not AS closely as some of the others. DO NOT USE Knight's Inn. It is and pretty much always has been a magnet for the dopers, and the rooms are some of the trashiest I've ever come across. In fact, there is so much trouble there that often times it looks like a po-po substation with all the cops in and out. My personal choice if I need one out west is the econolodge up on wilson Road. It's not the best of the best, but at least it's usable for a short stay. LEO does occassionally monitor it, but usually only when they've got a tip that the dope boys have infiltrated again. It's a bit safer than most of the others unless you start getting up by the Holiday Inn Express by Broad/270. That's better still, but may be getting a bit farther than you want to travel.

It has been so long since people actually used this board for the purpose it was designed to be used, I almost forgot! Thank you for bringing us back on-track. About all I saw from 5-7pm was LE; 5 or 6 for every SW on Sully and Broad. I found a young one on Broad Hilltop but she was extra cautious and I decided I could do better. I was sorry I let her go because all I saw was 35-45yo vets.
