I should write a book! My first experience working in the adult field was when I was 21 working at a peep show booth. It was located in an adult bookstore, a booth made out of glass with a curtain. It was fun and since I was a freelancer, even though I was an employee of the bar I made my own hours and I really loved that, the freedom to do what I want when I want.
This was pre lap dancing. They guys weren't allowed to touch us or they'd be kicked out of the bar by the bouncer. It was really strict back then. No physical contact and no nudity. In Philly we had to keep our thong on and had to wear pasties. They had to cover the entire nipple or there could be a raid. I was just off shift during a raid. The dancer I had worked with during my shift was still on the stage and the side of her nipples, the pink, was showing, because her pasties were too small. Luckily I was dressed and I left through the side door. We always had to worry about raids. Besides that raid I was lucky not to be dancing at a bar with another raid. I also stripped in NJ where we weren't allowed to take our bottoms or tops off. Also no physical contact there as well as all the bars I danced in. I danced in Philly, NJ, Delaware and NYC.
