Was passing thru the area decided to hit the stroll for a morning delight. Wasn't much out. I take Frey down passing Popeyes on the left bare with me I don't know the names of streets before hitting the end of the stroll by the gas station a few streets in there was a crack head or at least what I thought was a crackhead at first glance skinny black guy dressed in a hoody and jeans the hood was pulled tight. He locked eyes with me as I passed then made a sudden movement with his hand I looped around because it sparked my interest and parked far away using binoculars I watched him for several minutes and he was talking into a Wilkie talkie as vehicles circled the area. This I'm 100% sure of because every time a vehicle slowed down or double backed his eyes were glued to them and he talked into a walkie talkie. Be careful guys first time iv seen that in jersey I have witnessed it in the Bronx stroll at the point years back. I have a picture of the guy I will try and post up later it's not the best but it's something.

Passing thru the stroll whenever I'm in the area in hopes of finding a newbie or a gem and I been finding nothing but the walking dead. Been trying to also monitor the area to see if I see the walkie talkie guy again but not even he was out. I'm also noticing a lack of reports have we abandoned the stroll?

There's Weequahic Park right there so there is no telling what could be going on in the park. Plus there are two drug treatment facilities right there on Frelinghuysen Ave as well. Always good to keep your guard up but in this case I believe the officer in question was frying other fish.

Today I hit the stroll and it was pretty dead more trash walking. Nothing if even take for free. LEO was out in full swing which is prob why it was dead.
Decided on going past a club I use to frequent just about every weekend. If you begin At Broadway where it intersects with Verona ave right near the Belleville border. Usually at the every light there is a variety of "morsels" continue straight on thru to Broad (DO NOT monger near Symphony Hall unless you like pretty women with penises) and head to Murray st and make a right and then a left onto Frey and begin another stroll.
