Any experiences on kauai? I'm heading up next month.
Aloha! I don't post much here but I lurk the threads quite a bit. While I lack experience here in Hawaii, I have over 15 years of partaking in Japan. I can put together a guide if anyone here thinks they could benefit from it. Feel free to let me know and I'll throw something together to help you on your next trip. I often hear of people getting ripped off and I am happy to help you get the most from your next trip.

Might want to separate the list for foreigner friendly places, places that cater to Japanese only or the gray area: foreigners that can speak proficient Japanese.

Most interested in Tokyo area, delivery service.
It's already been done.
You guys really need to learn how to use Google or other various search engines. Really it's not that difficult to find information online. Just put an inquiry in a search box, hit enter, follow the links.

Here Ill even help the fahkahs too damn lazy to read each of the threads.
A nice gaijin monger went to the trouble of listing each soapland in Yoshiwara, whether they are foreign friendly, and how much they charge.

Rule of thumb is if they dont have English on their websites, dont bother to go. If you dont speak Japanese, and their company websites don’t indicate if they have English speaking staff, don't bother to call.
The soap that amused me, not sure if its still around as this list started in 2016, is American Cheer Girl. Its a chubby chasers soapland. They are basically insulting Americans calling us obese. Which is very true.
Youre welcome.

https://tokyoadultguide.com/threads/the-yoshiwara-soapland-resource-thread.10381/.
I will put something together soon for those interested. Tokyo Adult Guide is great but one recurring theme on there is that you need a Japanese number to schedule an appointment. This is 100% false in my experience. I no longer have a local number and have had no issues with booking. I saw a few mentioning exchanging money in Japan and I would stay away from exchanging here in Hawaii. Go to the post office when you arrive in Japan and exchange it there. You will get a better rate. You might not find details like that elsewhere which is why I am trying to help.
Want an even more favorable rate? Get yourself a Schwab Bank Investor checking account. Free, No Fees. You can load the account before going to Japan and then withdraw at that day's rate from any ATM at a convenience store. Schwab will reimburse you for the ATM fees charged by the bank in Japan. This is the way to do it.
For those with some Japanese language ability booking over the phone won't be terribly difficult. It seems most will go straight to a soapland and miss out on the delivery health experience completely.
Some of the prices on the Erotic Guide are inflated as they are targeting foreigners. Nobody should have to pay 85,000 yen. You can get delivery for about 12,000 yen which is a steal at $80 USD. Freebies are everywhere. Get on the apps and don't listen to those on TAG saying they don't work. Make sure you mention in your profile where you are from. It is no mystery that Japanese love it here and from my experience, this has put me at the head of the line.
I'll be back soon with some info for those that were interested. JDorian's suggestions are good too as you can find a lot of good intel on TAG. Make sure to create an account there (free) as you would be limited to how many posts you can read as a guest. You may also notice on there that people posting end up spending way too much and this is something I want to help people with. There are numerous reviews of places like Asian Mystique that are 50,000 yen an hour. There is much better value to be found in Japan than these places.
I'm feeling generous so here's a couple more.

Don't assume that if I girl is on a foreign friendly website that you can see her. Often you can't. Obviously the Japanese show preferences to their local customers, and not we gaijin. The young and affordable are often off limits. The less popular ones and / or very expensive ones are more likely available to we unwashed and hairy foreigners.
The Japanese have their forums too. They talk amongst themselves on which girls see foreigners and which ones don't. Finally some websites are area restricted. You will need a VPN and locate yourself in Japan to access the site. Good luck and safe travels.

The biggest barrier to entry is Japanese language ability and unfortunately, your race / nationality which is why they ask when you call. You can often take the guesswork out of which girl will see a foreigner by contacting the shop and asking or by visiting a site like Fucolle https://www.fucolle.com/27/shop/shop6714/sche0/ where it shows which girls will accept foreigners. For example, this girl in Kyoto https://www.fucolle.com/27/shop/shop6714/girl1347/ will accept foreigners as you can see by the "22806;22269;20154;21487;" mark for options. Some will say foreigners regardless of Japanese ability, some will say no to all foreigners, and some will say yes if you can communicate in Japanese. You aren't reduced to only being with old or less desirable girls. I think people need to venture outside of Tokyo more.
If you were in Kyoto today you would have your pick of the following girls from this one shop that will happily service non-Japanese clients.
https://www.fucolle.com/27/shop/shop6714/girl1347/ 20 years old with the following options: Foreigner friendly, thressome, mat play, msog, and she will entertain disabled men.
https://www.fucolle.com/27/shop/shop6714/girl2389/ 18 years old allows photography, immediate BJ when you first meet.
https://www.fucolle.com/27/shop/shop6714/girl1728/ 21 years old. Role playing, foreigner friendly.
https://www.fucolle.com/27/shop/shop6714/girl1942/ 20 years old allows video and photo of the session, msog.
https://www.fucolle.com/27/shop/shop6714/girl2368/ 19 year old newcomer, foreigner friendly, msog.
https://www.fucolle.com/27/shop/shop6714/girl2409/ 22 years old foreigner friendly, msog.
https://www.fucolle.com/27/shop/shop6714/girl2200/ 24 years old foreigner friendly, msog, BJ immediately upon meeting.
https://www.fucolle.com/27/shop/shop6714/girl1423/ 19 years old, threesome, foreigners, msog.
https://www.fucolle.com/27/shop/shop6714/girl2316/ 20 years old msog.
This is just one shop in Kyoto but shows what is available. Your taste may vary but I think all girls on that list would be acceptable. I have been to this shop and met with Haruka but her profile doesn't have a picture. She is lovely. Speaks some English and Spanish. You can see here on a different site for the same shop what she will accept https://www.dto.jp/official/gal/4021245 Under options it lists threesome with either two guys or two girls, mutual masturbation, vibrator, cosplay, golden shower, rimming, video, and photography.

For a easy hookup, go find a gaijin hunter. These are J-girls who desperately want to be with a gaijin and / or leave Japan. They are willing to experience and sleep with foreign men easily just to have that as a notch on their belt.

Too much competition, not sure whether I can beat 30 yo beach guys.

It's a lot easier going to a foreigner friendly soap shop and trying to gain entry. A determined monger can also try Line and message a delivery health shop and see if they accept foreigners. Navigating Tokyo is a bear. It helps if you have a working phone a Google map your way to where you want to go.
Hi fellow mongers.
I'll be in Tokyo next month for a week, and wondering if any of you have had any recent experience with the following " entertainment " places: GINGIRA, Tokyo Hentai Club, Smooci (Tokyo escorts services) or Galdeli-ikebukuro (Gyaru gals) or any foreign friendly soaps with younger girls?
Also, if the girls who work at the muscle cafe do services on the side?
I'm tempted to use any of the above, but I also want to avoid being ripped off, plus I know there’s a gaijin tax involved so any current info will be enlightening.
By the way, the Tokyo adult guide or reddit has some info on the matter but seems way too dated.
Mahalo nui Loa.
