I do, however understand how many women have an attraction to older men. This is often due to losing their father at a young age often due to divorce. I look for as well for telltale signs of a woman who needs approval. They can have low self esteem from bad relationships in the past. So to these points I agree with you.

My red flag is simply the term alpha male because women who would be attracted to that, who would use that tem, I think are looking for a very wealthy man, And they are almost certainly not my type.

It a chosen lifestyle. I've met a couple in Orange County and one in SD, some do it for a reasonable $ while some don't even ask for it.
