As buyers, we have ways of sorting through the "good" and the "bad" . Like this forum.

As sellers, they have their ways. Its part of the process.

The better the information flow (frequency and accuracy) the better each group is able to sort good / bad.

By categorically stating that all providers are "weak" (bad). Well you have either had a horrible time selecting only "bad" providers (and that's statistically possible). In which case, this forum can help you sort better;.

I'm not trying to change anyone's mind, just voicing my opinion in a thread that. Well is just for that.

My opinion isn't any better or worse than yours or anyone else, but it can provide insight into the author.

Unfortunately this issue will never be resolved. Both sides can complain to any and every site possible, however, there will still be providers who double book wasting someone's time and there will still be mongers doing the same. I tried my hardest to be as "professional" as I could possibly be (never double book, kept appts far enough apart for fluff time in case of tardiness, if I had to cxl I offered a Jackson off donation on next appt in good faith, etc) and I still dealt with no call / no shows.

As far as the whole "all providers" are such & such comments, it used to get to me. But a wise monger taught me a while back that you can't let something get to you that doesn't apply. If I know I'm not a time waster, drug dependant, noneducated scum then the words of those that don't know me shouldn't hurt.

This business has been successful because the basic economical law of supply and demand. If your a monger and have the "demand" how can you judge the very product you are in search of? And if you are a provider therefor the "supply" how can you judge the very monger who puts food in your stomach?

Guess I just never understood the whole shenanigans between the sides. Maybe I'm naive in thinking that it actually SHOULD be a mutually beneficial business.

I'm not trying to convince you or anyone else. I'm stating an opinion in a thread that is designed to accept them to avoid cluttering up the other threads.

I have an opinion, no better or worse than yours or anyone else. They can however provide important insights (to those who care to read them) about the authors.

You lucid comment on this now tired discussion is absolutely correct. As entertaining as the ranting was, you are right, its simple economics. Providers have to put up with customers that they do not like because if you are in sales (and aren't we all) you do not get to pick your customers. You have customers that you like more than others and you have have fun easy ones and difficult irritating ones but you deal with them all. Appointment issues are endemic of all sales situations.

Now Maliyah, the real reason I have weighed in here is hoping that since you still monitor this board you might be interested in letting some of your ATF's back in your game? .

I've gone BBBJ with two providers over the last couple months so I might as well get checked.
