I'm enjoying this discussion of GPS and seeing the figures that these girls are spouting out.
What's even worse though, are these girls who claim to get paid high figures just to be in a platonic relationship. I can kinda sorta see where a girl can come in and put a high price on her body, due to the culture they are brought up in, and then needing a reality check to lower their expectations to something more reasonable and obtainable. But how can any girl claim they are being paid even one dollar, let alone hundreds or thousands of dollars, to be some guy's platonic buddy?

This whole "platonic relationship only" annoys me to no end. In the past week, no fewer than five new girls have popped up in this area all stating that they are not looking for anything physical whatsoever, yet they have ridiculous expectations listed in their profile.
I'll be in a platonic relationship with all of them so long as its free.
To understand why these GPS girls write the things they do, ask yourself a question:

A thousand? Five thousand? You could give me a free for all five hour grab and go at fort knox and I'd still not touch that shit with Donald Trumps dick, but that's just me.
Well I suspect a lot of them are asking themselves the same thing -- how much would it take for them to bang some random old man who probably smells of old spice and efferdent. Then they add some room for negotiation, might as well double it or triple it, to add enough room to haggle in a pinch.
You and I know that most of us are nothing like their "nightmare fuck". But, they don't know this until they've met us. The better you are at handling women, the faster you'll see that price come down -- if you're good enough, it will come down to the point where they will forget they even briefly categorized you with their nightmare fuck.
All of this works much better if you take the approach of "let's just meet first". Avoid money discussion. This is your chance to show her you aren't the hunchback of notre dame and try to execute some game and get her interested enough in you so that the money becomes a BONUS, and not her goal.
Tell her your first meeting is just to get acquainted, not a sex meetup. She will appreciate it because she also wants to know you're not a psycho or whatever. She will also know this means you're not a cop trying to set her up, and likewise you will know she is not same.
Then if your game is refined enough, go for the FC if the mood is right. You'll save a lot of cash.
You might lose a few and never understand why. The one and only time my methods failed me with an SB, I was perplexed -- did I need to re-think all of my tactics? How could it have gone so well up to this point, then gone so wrong. I later found out why via finding her on FB. She is a full on lesbian -- not bi, not remotely interested in cock, just lesbian in love with a long term partner. So she was a completely irreconcilable case that I couldn't have done anything about. You'll get those. Some of the GPS girls might be that, in which case you should just avoid and move on to next.

With a little bit of coaxing, the story comes out that they have seen one of their friends with a much older guy on a date, PLUS these friends suddenly have a bit more money or nice stuff. Their friends tell them that "of course it's only platonic", and these girls being rather naive, believe them, and come on the various sites with that false belief in mind. I normally suggest to them that maybe their friends were a little economical with the truth, and that they were really going all the way, and for a lot less than their friends were bragging about. They normally have a "doh" moment at that point.

I think things like this and that silly site WYP give girls the impression they can just "show up" and be showered with gifts? After all isn't this the generation that was raised by Helicopter parents that told them they were so wonderful all of the time and gave them awards for finishing last? Those in education suggest this group feels particularly "entitled" as a result. So perhaps all of that works its way in?

Basically, there is a subset of girls who will throw out a huge price and hope for the best-either with or without sex involved. We see them all the time on and off the site for months -or even years fishing for that elusive Unicorn. Some will get it if they are hot enough. If you follow SA Blog you will find many of these GPS ladies-in fact most of the girls who blog there are GPS and totally unrealistic. Face it --if you have $1000 s of extra cash to throw at a girl -you can get almost anyone you want. And there are guys like that out there. JL is correct -if you have the time and inclination to meet them and you have game, you will capture some of these lovelies. But some are un-doable no matter what.
