Did you try to make a few non direct turns when you left just to see if they were following you or a possible coincidence. Description sounds like a setup from uncle though.

There were three girls out yesterday afternoon in the 2:00 PM hour. All of them were on Cicero between 47th and Archer. All of them were WSW. I do not know who they were but one seemed to be constantly leaning a bit and going to her face a lot. The last place I saw her was over by McDonalds.
