Occasional Febreeze candles to eliminate and lingering odors in the air.

If possible spray and vent the area.

I know white vinegar is good for pet and smoke smells. Never tried spreading baking soda or bowls of charcoal, but it makes sense.

By the way, thank you for working on this- smoke is both a major turnoff for me, and a red flag when I come home. I've had to stop seeing several providers I really liked because of this. You will increase your appeal- good move!

It works and is not expensive.

It's certainly not the best solution, but it would add one more layer of protection.
