I checked a little for you today and out of the first 20 ladies, 16 were "newbie friendly". How friendly you feel they are is another question. If you have no OK's, they have no history to go by. If you have done reviews giving them your board handle may help, but they might want more info so they feel safe.
Some are very particular about references. They want ladies you have seen who have a presence on the internet, "crawler and stg" may not be acceptable. They want "pro's like themselves.
Kind of like you coming on here and asking questions. If you have interest in someone, search TER or Eccie and check an see if they have reviews. If you join P411 you may be able to see how many OK's they have given out. Some show them, some hid them.
Bottom line is even if you join, newbie friendly ladies may want more info then you want to supply. If they are reliable, been in the game for a while, they are not going to fuck with your life, they are just protecting theirs.
As an example, even though I was a P411 member, several yrs ago on Deb Hollander's first trip here she required a "real name". I supplied it. That was 6-7 yrs. Ago, never had a problem, I've seen her several times since, she visits our city 3-4 times a yr. Sometime more. She doesn't come here to ride the arch, reliable ladies are not going to screw over potential return customers.
