001s aren't the cure for anything, but they can be useful for greek, no cip girls, GFE only girls, and saving money on upcharge. I will still pay upcharge on ATFs, but when trying out a girl for variety I might use 001s.

001s feel about 75% close to bb compared to default US condoms, which are 5x to 7x as thick. 001 means it's 10 microns thick..with $100 bb it is $98 saved. Of course, sometimes that 25% makes the difference, especially if you are having trouble staying hard with a girl (ex: some premature ejaculation or other reason). Otoh some very new and very GFE only girls gave much more enthusiastic cbj than bbbj because they are scared of anything bb and still learning. I've done many tests and it is a worthwhile tool to have but not a cure-all.
Thinner is not always better though. Younger guys want to use normal condoms because the 001 will make them nut too fast. Some people will even see bb special girls and start with a condom but finish without. I did this several times with consent to judge each condom objectively.
