I wonder what your grocer expects to get when he asks for a "blow job".

"Grand Opening" signifies a planned, (one-time) special event to celebrate the official opening of a new business location. You need to think of Grand Opening as a term, and you cannot broaden its definition by varying the meaning of its component words.

I doubt your grocer has a ribbon cutting ceremony each morning when he unlocks his door.

I Lili is a new girl so I've never had her. I usually see Alice the provider who is the best around. Also her some what new girl Jessica is hot and does a great job as well. Bedford Spa is located at 5 Shawsheen Ave. Just off the Great Road. Crunched for time I decided to try a half hour ($40) and drew Sophia, attractive, in her 20's I'd guess.
